Company Background

The company is started up on Dec 2002 and started the business on Jan 2003. Lite Link is a company that particular in technical service and technical sales and service for computer peripherals. Lite Link is the only sole distributor for few Taiwanese company products.

For the company expansion, an additional section had been setup in 2004 for the education product  i.e. Sales and service section.

Organisation

The company consist total of 40 staffs that support the world wide computer part service. Most of them are engineers and have a very powerful computer knowledge.

Service Provided :

Currently, we are providing service some oversea companies that do not have their facilities in Malaysia. The services are including the Tampo and Laser printing, functioning test, computer parts verification process and customer service provider. Besides, we provide 100% after sales service for the product we provide to the distribution in Malaysia.

Facility : We have a total of approxiamately 24 548.50 sq ft in which the warehouse area is about 14000 sq ft and the rest areas are office and production area. The major production faclities included 2 units of laser printing machines, 4 units of Tampo Printing machines, PABX testing equipment, TLS-5 testing equipment, computers, conveyors,etc.
